Setting Up CourtReserve Integration

Learn how to set up and configure CourtReserve integration with Quke for seamless player imports and club management

Overview

CourtReserve integration allows you to:

  • Import players directly from CourtReserve events
  • Automatically sync player information
  • Streamline tournament and league creation

Note: Currently, CourtReserve integration only supports importing from events where players register individually. Events where teams or partners register together are not yet supported.

Prerequisites

  • You must be a Club Admin in Quke
  • Your club needs the CourtReserve Integration feature enabled
    • If you don’t see this option, contact us to inquire about enabling it
  • You need API credentials from CourtReserve

Getting Your CourtReserve API Credentials

Follow CourtReserve’s official guide for setting up API access:

Note: Your organization must be on the Scale or Enterprise subscription plan to access the API.

You’ll receive two pieces of information:

  • Username (Format: Org_ followed by numbers)
    Example: Org_12345
  • Password (Format: long string)
    Example: 98765_550e8400-e29b-41d4-a716-446655440000

Configuring in Quke

  1. Navigate to your Club Settings page
  2. Scroll down to the “CourtReserve Integration” section

  1. Enter your credentials:
    • Username field: Enter your CourtReserve API username
    • Password field: Enter your CourtReserve API password
  2. Click “Update Credentials”

Managing Credentials

You can:

  • Clear credentials using the “Clear Credentials” button
  • View when credentials were last updated

Troubleshooting

If you encounter errors:

  • Verify your credentials match the format provided by CourtReserve
  • Ensure your CourtReserve account has API access enabled
  • Check that your club has the CourtReserve feature enabled in Quke
  • Contact Quke support if issues persist

Security Note

Note: Your credentials are encrypted at rest, transmitted securely, only visible to club admins (password is only ever partially visible), and can be revoked at any time using the “Clear Credentials” button.
